One capsule contains 20 micrograms (μg) = 800 International Units
(IU) of plant-based vitamin D3 (from algae) - this corresponds to 400% of the
daily requirement according to NRV*
and
3.6 milligrams (mg) of vitamin E (as D-alpha-tocopherol) - this is 30%
of the daily requirement according to NRV*.
