Ingredients: Marine coral powder (20% calcium, 10% magnesium), dolomite rock flour (21.5% calcium, 13% magnesium), Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based capsule shell) One capsule contains 450 mg marine coral powder and 400 mg dolomite rock flour. This provides 176 mg calcium (22% according to NRV*) and 97 mg magnesium (26% according to NRV*). Two capsules contain 900 mg sea coral powder and 800 mg dolomite rock flour. Together this is 352 mg calcium (44% according to NRV*) and 194 mg magnesium (52% according to NRV*). *NRV = nutrient reference value (for adults according to the Food Information Regulation (LMIV)

Recommended intake: Take 1-2 capsules daily with plenty of water without chewing. If you take 2 capsules a day, do not take them together, but spread them out over the day and do not use any other calcium-containing food supplements. The stated recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
